 So I went to Home Despot and bought some 4 foot sections of 6-32 all thread (literally a 4 foot long screw).  I drilled two holes through each of the black plastic end caps using a 9/64" bit.  I then threaded 7 packs together, as shown.  All of these packs will eventually be wired in parallel.  I'll build 3 of these packs and have a big hunker connector hooking each one to the next to arrive at the 84 volts nominal I'm looking for.
