New Wiring Cage

Still no motor controller. I scrapped the wiring harness I built and opted for a new approach:
Instead of using the larger blue and gray connectors, I've opted for the smaller 75 amp connectors.
This way I can run with either 2 or 4 of the packs. I used 16 gauge wire on the two packs, which limits my maximum current draw to about 60 amps when only using 2 packs, which is well within the 50 max the controller can provide. With all 4 packs, I can output 120 amps, which is overkill, but awesome! I expect my voltage drop will be about 0.1%.
I planned on waiting for the motor controller to get here before I took my bike apart, but it's really cold here right now so I'm not riding much anyways. Later on tonight I'll start taking the bike apart and post back with some pix. I'm almost certainly going to eventually get another commuter bike to actually bike with... alas, making this electric bike is going to make me pretty lazy.
I'll post back later tonight with some updates. I'm also going to work on the battery charger... which I've had all the parts to but have been lazy lately.
