Custom Press

Now that I know the wheels fit, it's time to assemble! I rigged up a custom headset because it was late at night and I didn't want to wait until tomorrow:
For the record, pressing a headset with proper tools only costs $6 at a bike shop. I just happened to have cut plywood and all-thread lying around.
Moving right along:
By the way, FSA headsets come with a random extra part that really hung me up, as it doesn't fit well onto the bottom cup. After an hour of online research, let me just say that YES, you need to install it, and YES it will smooth out once you hammer it onto the fork. I've never seen this design on another headset; to each his own.
Moving right along:
The deck on the back is a lot lower than I imagined. This is great because it'll keep the center of gravity low when loaded with people/cargo.
Now that Aeloung's roughly together, I need to get the following parts:

4 spacer washers for chain ring

8' brake cable (with sideways-cylinder catch)

8' brake cable housing

2 chains

1 700x35c rear

1 700x40c? front

2 tubes

1 700c rim

pedals
